Javier's Tacos scored 79 in Washington County's early-August health inspections, the lowest mark among Hillsboro restaurants in the round.

Inspectors found moldy cilantro, improper food temperatures and no chlorine test strips at the Southwest Oak Street location, the Hillsboro News Times reported. The cilantro was discarded during the visit.

Dutch Bros. Coffee at 1320 S.W. Oak St. and Basil Pho & Grill at 5309 E. Main St. each scored 84. Dutch Bros. was cited for storing milk and half-and-half at too warm a temperature, a repeat violation. Basil Pho had two of three approved handwashing sinks removed and raw meat stored above ready-to-eat food.

Restaurants must score at least 70 to pass. Washington County's public health department conducts unannounced, semiannual inspections.

Twelve Hillsboro restaurants earned perfect 100s, including Jollibee Tanasbourne at 10875 N.E. Cornell Road and all three Hillsboro Hops concession stands at 4530 N.E. Century Blvd. The full list of scores is available in the News Times report.
